Deciding who will win the prestigious IgoUgo Member of the Year award is one of the toughest calls our staff has to make each year. Our winners for 2003 are members who have not only earned the highest rankings among thousands of fellow writers, but also proved themselves to be incredibly prolific contributors to the site as well as highly dedicated community members.
