Red Wall cavern is actually in Marble canyon before the river reaches the Grand Canyon. John Wesley Powell the man who lead the 1st expedition down the river exclaimed it could hold 50,000 people. It is a very big cave. The only way to access it is by floating down the Colorado river. The next exit from the river is 260 miles down stream.
