Description
The former Carmelite Convent now houses the House of Culture. It is an enormous complex with numerous exhibition spaces and concert venues. The building can be enjoyed on its own too. The fountain in the courtyard is tiled while several statues are scattered throughout the complex with some modern ones of Don Quixote. Special washing basins for clothes reminds of the complex’s former role as convent.
