Description
My meal of onion rings, tea, ad some of the best BBQ on the planet. NC BBQ coinsures preferred their meat to be pork and pulled. BBQ here is eastern or Lexington style which has a vinegar base to it. It also includes red or BBQ slaw. Cabbage is mixed with the BBQ sauce. Combined this is a real home gown Carolina meal.
